Purple World (2015)

Through art-based research I tried to investigate the possibilities in nonverbal communication through the use of the human body by cultivating movement possibilities within a shared environment where dancers exchange different individual perspectives though "movement recall." This movement recall is based on the sensations based on our physical memories from childhood, conditioned movement patterns, and the ways we can use our bodies to creatively problem-solve the philosophical questions in our lives.
